About the Company

Hut 8 is on a mission to build and operate some of the world’s largest data centers for next-generation computing workloads, including AI, Colocation, Cloud, and Bitcoin Mining. We are building the infrastructure that powers the future of technology and energy.

Responsibilities

• Define the architectural language of our infrastructure, spanning building form, exterior expression, and interior environments
• Define our campus model, including public, landscape, and amenity programs
• Direct top third-party architecture and design firms to realize the company vision
• Lead internal and external project teams to deliver large-format projects on schedule and on budget

Requirements

• Registered architect operating at the level of Design Director, Design Principal, or senior design lead
• Proven track record of creating and defending distinct architectural identities
• Command of building form, interior environments, and masterplanning of campuses
• Ability to direct and challenge elite architecture firms as a peer
• Experience designing within mission-critical constraints (power, cooling, security, and logistics)
• Experience leading large-format, capital-intensive projects from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to hyperscale, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects
