Responsibilities
- Set and execute the overall APAC go-to-market plan, defining regional priorities and revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor local sales teams in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
- Drive new logo acquisition among top-tier enterprises and manage account expansion.
- Build robust outbound motions and refine inbound qualification and closing strategies.
- Develop and document sales playbooks, including pitch decks and negotiation scripts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- Track and report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and key regional initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing APAC or multi-country teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR targets in SaaS, L&D, or enterprise software.
- Experience with CRM best practices, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Ability to build senior-level relationships and navigate complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean or Japanese is highly valued.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
