About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC Client Coverage team to drive growth and deepen strategic partnerships with key accounts across sell-side, buy-side, and corporate segments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, working with C-suite customers to translate needs into commercial strategies.
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution of client-centric initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals and reduce commercial friction.
- Monitor customer business trends and provide transparent financial and operational assessments of relationship health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Product Management, or Commercial Operations.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts or significant business segments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and navigate relationships with C-Level executives.
- Strong strategic and operational mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective regional relationship management.

- 15+ years of professional experience in customer-focused commercial roles.
- Experience driving and implementing large-scale growth initiatives and organizational transformation.
- Deep industry-specific knowledge and a cross-divisional understanding of financial services portfolios.
