Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of regional and national sales targets in the animal nutrition segment
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-volume B2B business
- Identify and acquire new clients across poultry, dairy, and aqua industries
- Strengthen and expand dealer, distributor, and institutional networks
- Identify opportunities for new product development (NPD) based on market insights
- Analyze competitor pricing, product performance, and market positioning
- Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive a high-performance culture
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Animal Nutrition, Feed, Premix, or Additives Sales
- Strong exposure to poultry, dairy, and aqua segments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and institutional clients
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and margins
- Experience in product launches and market expansion
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
