Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making by vetting major initiatives including revenue models, AB tests, and incrementality
• Own retention and top-line metrics, identifying trade-offs with growth and pushing for product improvements
• Build and lead a high-performing analytical team and act as a Business Partner to the France leadership team
• Oversee the OKR framework and lead strategic rituals such as WBRs and QBRs
• Lead customer retention initiatives through a strong testing culture across CRM and loyalty programs
• Drive Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and channel analytics to influence capital allocation
• Spearhead the integration of generative AI within analytics and commercial functions

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a business analytics role within a fast-paced, high-rigor environment
• Excellent SQL, Tableau, and Excel skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
• Strong analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex business challenges
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and ownership
