Head of Analytics & Performance

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making by vetting major initiatives, including revenue models, AB tests, and strategic memos
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, fostering cross-functional collaboration with growth, product, brand, and logistics teams
• Act as a key Business Partner to the France leadership team, overseeing the OKR framework and leading strategic rituals such as WBRs and QBRs
• Spearhead the integration of generative AI within the analytics and commercial functions to automate and scale processes
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and action key opportunities to improve revenue and product performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analytics role within a fast-paced, high-rigor environment
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business challenges systematically
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
• A proactive, autonomous, and highly organized approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth foodtech or digital-native FMCG company
• Strong interest and familiarity with the practical applications of AI in business intelligence
