Responsibilities

• Own the partnership strategy for EMEA & APAC, including operating model design and partner segmentation
• Build and scale consultant engagement motions and system integrator motions
• Design analytics, reporting, and operating cadences to connect partnership activity to revenue
• Lead and develop a partner manager
• Manage secondary partner motions including co-sell, resell, and account mapping
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
• Deliver data-driven reporting on partnership health and pipeline influence to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B technology or industrial automation
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or material handling
• Proven track record of building partnership programs
• Experience managing and developing a small team
• Native or C-level German and proficient English communication skills
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA and occasionally to APAC
• Valid passport and driver's license
