Responsibilities

• Own the managed account book, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Lead the technical solutions function to support the most complex customers.
• Develop scalable playbooks to enable the Customer Success team to scale effectively.
• Manage executive relationships, running EBRs with CMOs and VPs to drive multi-year expansions.
• Drive renewals and expansion by monitoring adoption and customer health.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of AI strategists.

Requirements

• Proven experience spotting patterns across customers and turning them into scalable processes.
• Deep fluency in AI and its application within go-to-market strategies.
• Experience building trust with executive-level stakeholders (CMOs, VPs).
• Background leading or working closely with technical support or technical solutions functions.
• Strong mindset focused on customer retention and revenue expansion.
• Readiness to transition into people management and team building.
• Precision communication skills for data-driven storytelling and technical explanations.
