Head of AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching AI/ML strategy for Adonis
• Lead and mentor the Data Science and Machine Learning teams
• Establish and maintain a robust AI governance framework ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and other regulations
• Design scalable, production-ready AI/ML architectures
• Drive MLOps best practices for deploying and monitoring models in production
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with AI/ML
• Substantial experience in healthcare technology or clinical workflows
• Proven track record of taking AI models from concept to production
• Experience leading data science and engineering teams
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles
