Head of Agency and Creative Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OneTen’s 1- and 3-year strategic plans to establish the agency’s financial value within the EchoStar ecosystem
• Lead and advocate for the creative agency while streamlining organizational structures to optimize output
• Establish comprehensive KPIs to track project outcomes, measure creative ROI, and evaluate agency health
• Drive growth by scaling internal capabilities, scoping projects, and managing cross-departmental resourcing budgets
• Integrate generative AI tools and modern creative technologies into the agency workflow to increase production efficiencies
• Bridge the gap between creative execution and executive leadership to ensure marketing alignment with corporate departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a creative agency setting
• Experience in executive agency leadership roles (e.g., Agency Director or Managing Director)
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams across Creative, Client Services, and Operations
• Strong business and financial acumen with expertise in managing agency budgets and resource allocation
• Advanced AI literacy and the ability to strategically adopt emerging AI tools for creative operations
