About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing and training the Affiliate and Media departments
- Hands on affiliation account management across several international markets
- Responsible for the Affiliate and Media targets to meet company objectives and ROI guidelines
- Ensuring business compliance with regulations and best practices specific to each market
- Maintaining and growing existing relationships with partners
- Overseeing onboarding and sales to prospective partners
- Growing and developing teams through performance reviews, staffing, and career development
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience within an online casino company in the affiliation department
- At least 2 years of experience in team management
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics
- Availability for frequent travel
- Strong management leadership and relationship skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Media buying experience
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or accounting
