Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate channel end-to-end, including strategy, execution, goal setting, and performance tracking
• Build scalable onboarding and activation journeys for long-tail partners using automated tooling and content
• Develop a high-touch program for top-performing affiliates, including personalized support and co-marketing opportunities
• Evolve the program by adopting new tools and AI-powered workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to align affiliates with launches and roadmap
• Lead and grow the affiliate team, starting with one direct report

Requirements

• Experience owning and scaling an affiliate or partner program at a growth-stage or scaled tech company
• Proven ability to design long-term strategy while maintaining hands-on execution skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators, publishers, and agencies
• Data-driven mindset with experience using data to prioritize investments and measure performance
• Curiosity for new technology, specifically automation and AI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
