Head of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions function, ensuring alignment with enrollment targets, revenue objectives, and academic standards.
• Own the admissions funnel from application to enrollment, ensuring high conversion rates and a seamless applicant journey.
• Manage enrollment forecasting, intake planning, and monitor pipeline performance through defined KPIs.
• Define and uphold robust admissions policies, frameworks, and decision-making criteria.
• Oversee admissions committees and governance processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency.
• Partner with recruitment, marketing, and finance teams to align admissions activities and refine financial aid strategies.
• Drive CRM effectiveness, data analytics, and process standardization to enhance operational excellence.
• Lead and manage the admissions team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, management, marketing, education, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment.
• Proven experience managing admissions pipelines, performance metrics, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capability in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic and French are advantageous.
• Must be a current resident of Qatar with a valid Qatar ID.
