About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and enforce institutional administrative policies
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with institutional and statutory norms
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes across the institution
- Maintain insurance coverage for assets, personnel, and infrastructure
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of AICTE documents and provide infrastructure compliance advice
- Handle minor grievances and coordinate between institutions
- Support operational requirements including ticket booking and travel arrangements
