Head of Account Growth

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic development for key strategic accounts across existing and new customers
• Drive customer engagement to deepen relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Develop comprehensive account plans with clear growth initiatives and priorities
• Proactively identify customer needs through supply chain and operational analysis
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling as a trusted advisor
• Track key account performance metrics and provide visibility to senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams to support solution development and negotiation
• Monitor account performance against KPIs and contractual commitments

Requirements

• Extensive experience in key account management within supply chain sectors
• Proven track record of securing supply chain opportunities from tender to implementation
• Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
• Strategic planning and commercial acumen
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and account management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
