Head Nurse

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain operational strategies and procedures for inpatient nursing services
• Supervise administrative activities and implement quality and safety improvement programs
• Plan and monitor the provision of space, technology, equipment, and nursing resources
• Implement hospital-wide measurement programs to evaluate employee performance and patient safety
• Plan workforce structures and foster a professional ethical culture
• Provide guidance for personal and professional development and worker competency evaluations
• Provide operational support and direct nursing care when necessary to ensure continuity of service
• Analyze operational activity reports and quality program data to determine effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing with Nursing Profession license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an In Charge Nurse
