About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently perform high-quality head and neck ultrasound examinations
- Produce accurate and detailed imaging reports to support clinical pathways
- Work effectively alongside consultants and wider multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Maintain compliance with all clinical governance, safeguarding, and professional standards
Requirements
- HCPC registration (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience as a Sonographer
- Proven specialist experience in Head & Neck ultrasound
- Band 7 level experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
