About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of head and neck ultrasound examinations to a high standard
- Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals when necessary
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety during all examinations
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of weekend ultrasound services
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
- Proven competency in head and neck sonography
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
