Head Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Delight guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services
• Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate offerings
• Create extraordinary drinks using high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, vegetables, and spices
• Maintain a thorough understanding of spirits, including flavor profiles and history
• Partner with the Outlet Manager to execute smooth bar and restaurant operations
• Conduct training sessions on beverage pouring, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and up-selling
• Assist with beverage procurement and costing
• Ensure the bar area is fully equipped and stocked with necessary products
• Perform bartender duties when necessary

Requirements

• Responsible alcohol service certification or license
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and various beverages
• Ability to engage with guests and provide personalized recommendations
• High attention to detail regarding measurements and presentation
