Head Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mixology and bar operating strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage all business functions of the Bar and Mixology Department
• Hire, train, and lead the bar leadership team and staff
• Maximize department profitability through beverage operations and cost control
• Create and offer new cocktail menus and beverage lists based on market trends
• Monitor beverage sales, costs, and service standards
• Manage inventory, storage levels, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare and monitor monthly and annual beverage departmental budgets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality management, and environmental sustainability standards

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of related work experience
• Or 2 years of experience in the same position with relevant expertise
• Sufficient English proficiency for guest and employee communication
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong knowledge of bar systems, legislation, and mixology trends
• Proven ability to manage budgets and staffing requirements
