About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead all Middle School lacrosse practices (Tuesdays through Fridays, 2:40 PM – 3:30 PM)
- Manage and attend all scheduled games (approximately 8-10 matches per season)
- Motivate student-athletes and foster a positive team environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding schedules and updates
- Organize and manage the use of team equipment
Requirements
- At least one year of coaching experience or substantial playing experience
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Availability from mid-February through the first week of May
Benefits
- Paid part-time position with a $1,800 stipend per season
