Head Middle School Field Hockey Coach

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all Middle School field hockey practices (Tuesdays through Fridays, 2:40 PM – 3:30 PM)
• Attend and manage all scheduled games (approximately 8-10 matches per season)
• Motivate student-athletes and foster a positive team environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding schedules and team updates
• Organize and manage the use of team equipment

Requirements

• At least one year of coaching experience or substantial playing experience
• Ability to pass a required background check
• Availability during the fall season (September through the end of October)

Benefits

• Paid part-time position with a $1,800 stipend per season
