Head Men's Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all practices, games, and training sessions for the men's volleyball team
• Recruit student-athletes who are mission-fit, academically solid, and athletically skilled
• Lead the instruction and coaching of student-athletes to promote spiritual growth and academic progress
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA and university rules and regulations
• Manage team equipment, uniforms, and sport-related budgets
• Coordinate travel arrangements, game schedules, and facility usage in collaboration with the Director of Athletics
• Supervise assistant coaches and promote community service projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of successful high school, college, or private volleyball coaching experience
• Strong relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to integrating Scripture into coaching
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals, small groups, and the public
• Demonstrated strategic planning and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful college-level coaching experience
