Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise all aspects of the Division III Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs
• Recruit and retain highly qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success
• Implement comprehensive strategies for scheduling and organizing practices, competitions, travel, and accommodations
• Manage operational, fiscal, and administrative responsibilities for the program
• Support the personal, academic, and physical development of student-athletes
• Hire and supervise assistant coaches, including full and part-time positions
• Collaborate with athletic communications, training, and equipment staff to support team needs
• Assist the Division of College Advancement with fundraising and alumni engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of successful collegiate coaching experience
• Proficiency with technology applications applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
