Head Men’s & Women’s Golf Coach

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for the Men’s and Women’s Golf programs, including coaching, practice planning, and competition scheduling.
• Oversee and implement all aspects of the recruiting process to identify, evaluate, and attract prospective student-athletes.
• Enhance student-athlete development through team practices and one-on-one technical instruction.
• Ensure full compliance with NCAA, Skyline Conference, and Northeast Women’s Golf Conference rules and regulations.
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and coordinate program fundraising activities.
• Manage budgetary requirements and procure necessary driving range and golf course facilities.
• Work with athletic trainers to implement team wellness and conditioning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Intercollegiate coaching and playing experience.
• Proven experience in collegiate-level recruiting.
• Current knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and policies.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel for competitions.
• Physical ability to perform coaching tasks, demonstrate drills, and move sport-related equipment.
