Head Men's and Women's Wrestling Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for both men's and women's wrestling programs to build a positive team culture.
• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes in collaboration with Athletics and Enrollment departments.
• Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, training sessions, and skill development programs.
• Prepare teams for competition through scouting, strategy development, and in-competition coaching.
• Manage program budgets, including equipment, travel, and recruiting expenses.
• Oversee the Glaeser Training Center, including scheduling and facility use.
• Hire, train, and supervise assistant coaches, student assistants, and team managers.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and ensure adherence to NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules, regulations, and Division III philosophy.
• Valid driver's license (clear of major violations).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Three to five years of collegiate coaching and/or playing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a nationally competitive athletic program.
