Head Men's and Women's Bowling Coach

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer all aspects of the men’s and women’s bowling programs, including planning, organizing, and coaching.
• Provide leadership, instruction, and mentorship for the personal, academic, and athletic development of student-athletes.
• Lead a strategic recruitment plan to identify and attract prospective student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Athletics to establish competitive schedules and coordinate team travel.
• Manage the program operating budget with fiscal responsibility and transparency.
• Hire, train, and supervise assistant coaches, interns, and student managers.
• Implement retention strategies to support the ongoing success of current student-athletes.
• Uphold the values and objectives of NCAA Division III athletics and adhere to all institutional policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, organizational leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents.
• Ability to work in various environments and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Previous collegiate bowling coaching experience.
• Proven experience in athletic recruiting.
