Head KAM - Residential & Commercial

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for approximately 30 key luxury developers across India.
• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders to drive preferred vendor positioning.
• Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, and building finishes.
• Influence specifications at the design stage through technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering discussions.
• Manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution through cross-functional coordination with regional and zonal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at a national or regional level.
• Proven track record in driving specification and project management.
• Strong existing network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Business Management.
