Head JV Men’s Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the JV Men’s Soccer program, including coaching, practice planning, and competition scheduling.
• Oversee and implement all aspects of the recruiting process to identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
• Direct all aspects of coaching during practices and games to enhance student-athlete skill development.
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA, Skyline Conference, and Manhattanville University policies and procedures.
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and coordinate program fundraising activities.
• Work with athletics trainers and physicians to implement team wellness and conditioning programs.
• Maintain effective communication with school administrators, parents, students, and alumni.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Current knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and policies.
• Intercollegiate coaching and playing experience.
• Collegiate-level recruiting experience.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel for competitions.
• Physical ability to perform coaching tasks, demonstrate drills, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
