Head Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Guarantee flawless cleanliness and presentation of 61 suites, 3 villas, and public spaces
• Ensure compliance with Greek health and safety regulations and sanitization protocols
• Conduct daily inspections of departing, arriving, and occupied rooms
• Oversee management and inventory of premium linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage housekeeping and laundry teams
• Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations to manage room turnaround
• Liaise with Maintenance Department regarding room repairs and preventive maintenance
• Manage stock and purchasing in adherence to Group policy

Requirements

• Significant experience as Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper in 5-star luxury hospitality
• Experience managing beachfront or resort properties preferred
• Deep understanding of high-end fabrics and specialized cleaning techniques
• Proven leadership skills for managing multicultural teams under high pressure
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in Greek is highly essential
