Head Housekeeper/Assistant Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeper in daily supervision of floor services and staff scheduling
• Control the cleanliness, finishing, and presentation of rooms and suites to 5-star standards
• Ensure impeccable room setups and verify the condition of all equipment
• Manage linen inventory and quality for the hotel, spa, and restaurant
• Maintain common areas, including lounges, corridors, and staircases, to the highest hygiene standards
• Anticipate guest needs with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper in a 4★ or 5★ hotel environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant housekeeper role is a significant asset
• Mastery of luxury hospitality standards and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently
• Ability to work effectively within a team and lead others with a positive attitude
• Discretion, reliability, and a professional presentation
