Head Hostess

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hostess team to ensure exceptional guest reception
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during peak hours
• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and brand-aligned etiquette
• Coordinate closely with service and management teams for smooth operations
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback with discretion and care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in a premium hospitality venue
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional grooming, confident presence, and a guest-centric attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
