Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins with professionalism
• Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating plans
• Lead and guide the hostess team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
• Communicate effectively with service and management teams
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements
• Maintain a polished reception area aligned with brand standards
• Support overall guest satisfaction through proactive service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Head Hostess in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Russian language proficiency (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-service skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence
