About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of partner sales managers and representatives to ensure successful partner sales efforts.
- Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Develop and refine partnership strategies to identify new opportunities and optimize the partner network.
- Set ambitious revenue targets and monitor progress in alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets for partner sales activities to maximize ROI and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with key Global System Integrators to ensure favorable strategic outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships through proactive planning.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of job-related experience in sales, business management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in strategic alliances, channel sales, and business development.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, go-to-market strategy, and partner relationship management.
