About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle and service accountability for global Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft PKI platforms.
- Lead global engineering and operational teams to design, build, modernize, and operate secure, scalable, and resilient Directory capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, automation, and security-by-design.
- Ensure platform availability, resiliency, and performance while meeting defined SLAs, SLOs, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage production operations, including incident management, problem management, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
- Partner with Security, Technology, Risk, and Business leaders to align directory services with enterprise strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performance team by fostering an inclusive environment and implementing effective people strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive technology experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading large engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience building, modernizing, and securing Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft PKI environments.
- Proven track record of operating production identity systems in a regulated or large-scale environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree or relevant industry certifications in cloud, security, or IAM.
- Spanish language skills.
