Head Field Hockey Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCAA Division III field hockey program through a full intercollegiate varsity season
• Manage in-season training sessions and student-athlete development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting plan to identify qualified student-athletes
• Assist in managing operating, recruiting, and fundraising budgets
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA Division III, NEWMAC, and Wheaton College rules and regulations
• Support the holistic development of student-athletes within a liberal arts environment
• Perform administrative duties as directed by the Athletic Administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of collegiate playing or coaching experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to teach and demonstrate all aspects of field hockey

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• 2-3 years of specific collegiate coaching experience
