Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to HR and business leaders on complex employee and labor relations, including collective bargaining and contract interpretation.
• Manage labor relations for two manufacturing plants and two external unions.
• Lead grievance and workplace investigations, including data gathering, communication management, and disciplinary action decisions.
• Oversee complex supply chain 3P vendor engagements and co-employment scenarios involving multiple legislations.
• Partner with business units to drive proactive performance management and timely execution of performance actions.
• Conduct environmental scans and participate in significant workplace events such as reorganizations or reductions in force (RIF).
• Develop line leader capability regarding employment law and ERLR scenarios.
• Manage an employee relations specialist and drive continuous improvement through standard operating procedures and case management.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in FMCG, Pharma, or a manufacturing industry.
• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
• Expertise in collective bargaining and union management.
• Deep understanding of labor legislation and complex grievance investigations.
