Responsibilities

• Lead and manage dispatchers to ensure continuity of service
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues
• Ensure fast and correct handling of alarm notifications (burglary, fire, video)
• Direct surveillance officers or contact emergency services when necessary
• Manage tasks such as opening/closing assistance and tracking stolen vehicles
• Support active dispatching during peak hours

Requirements

• Flexibility to work irregular shifts
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• High sense of responsibility and initiative
• Stress resistance
• Diploma as a security officer or dispatcher (BOCA) or experience in the security domain (police, fire, defense, or government)
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• MBO-4 working and thinking level

• Hourly wage of € 21,07 according to CAO
• Full-time employment (144 hours per 4 weeks)
