Responsibilities

• Define and implement technology systems that align with business strategy and commercial goals
• Manage multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers
• Develop and execute medium- to long-term functional strategies for complex business units
• Exercise control over sizable resources, including budget management and policy formulation
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across various functions and external parties
• Assess and manage risk to safeguard the firm's reputation, clients, and assets
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in multiple technology disciplines
• Extensive experience in business, functional, and people management
• Proven track record in budget management and risk & control management
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
