Head Concierge

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the concierge team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Manage guest requests and special requirements with professionalism and attention to detail
• Coordinate reservations, restaurant bookings, transportation, and activity bookings
• Provide expert local knowledge and personalized recommendations for Agra and surrounding regions
• Maintain vendor and partner relationships including restaurants, tour operators, and transportation services
• Handle complex and high-priority guest requests, including VIP accommodations
• Oversee concierge desk operations, scheduling, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage concierge budgets and track departmental expenses

Requirements

• Minimum 8-9 years of professional concierge experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3 or more staff members
• Exceptional knowledge of Agra attractions, dining, and cultural sites
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, French, or German is highly valued
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
• Certification from Les Clefs d'Or or equivalent professional credential
• Experience in a Fairmont property or other luxury hotel chain
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
