About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commercial and Sales team to drive customer-facing activities and expand key accounts.
  • Define and spearhead remarketing strategies for assets both on-lease and off-lease within the Aviation & Engine MRO sector.
  • Manage the recruitment, performance, development, and motivation of sales staff.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop commercial strategies aligned with operational goals and contribute to the overall capital strategy.
  • Support Emiratization initiatives by identifying skill gaps and providing coaching and mentoring to local talent.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of progressive sales management experience specifically within the aerospace or aviation sectors.
  • 5-8 years of experience in senior managerial roles with proven people leadership skills.
  • Deep market insight into aviation, leasing, and financial markets.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen to support deal-making and asset remarketing.
  • Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and policy optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or advanced professional certifications.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale integration projects and driving organizational change.
