Head Coach, Women's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all aspects of the recruiting process to identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes
• Direct all aspects of coaching during practices and games to enhance student-athlete skill development
• Manage day-to-day program operations including practice planning, competition scheduling, and budgetary management
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and ensure compliance with NCAA and Skyline Conference regulations
• Coordinate program fundraising activities and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, and university administration
• Work with athletic trainers and strength coaches to implement team wellness and conditioning programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Intercollegiate coaching and playing experience
• Collegiate-level recruiting experience
• Current knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and policies
• CPR/AED Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and required travel
