Bachelor's degree, High School or Club coaching experience, Collegiate playing experience, CPR, First Aid & AED certification
About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all phases of the varsity intercollegiate women's golf program
- Schedule and conduct regular practice and training sessions in and out of season
- Coach the team during all scheduled competitive events
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate the team toward maximum individual and team performance
- Scout and recruit quality student-athletes and coordinate all recruiting activities
- Ensure compliance with all NCAA, Landmark Conference, and University rules and regulations
- Monitor and support the academic progress and success of student-athletes
- Manage the program budget and oversee travel arrangements for the team
- Provide a secure environment and appropriate supervision during practices, competitions, and travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in High School and/or Club coaching
- Collegiate playing experience
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
