Head Coach - Women's Golf

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer all phases of the varsity intercollegiate women's golf program
• Schedule and conduct regular practice and training sessions in and out of season
• Coach the team during all scheduled competitive events
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate the team toward maximum individual and team performance
• Scout and recruit quality student-athletes and coordinate all recruiting activities
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA, Landmark Conference, and University rules and regulations
• Monitor and support the academic progress and success of student-athletes
• Manage the program budget and oversee travel arrangements for the team
• Provide a secure environment and appropriate supervision during practices, competitions, and travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in High School and/or Club coaching
• Collegiate playing experience
• Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
