Head Coach - Women's Flag Football

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of the women’s flag football program, establishing structure, policies, and long-term competitive vision.
• Plan and direct all practices, training, and game preparation.
• Recruit, evaluate, and retain student-athletes to build the inaugural roster.
• Oversee all program operations, including budget management, scheduling, travel, equipment, and facility setup.
• Support student-athlete academic success and personal development.
• Maintain full compliance with NCAA, conference, and University regulations.
• Establish a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Participate in institutional events such as commencement and Hall of Fame ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior coaching experience, ideally at the collegiate level.
• Prior recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance requirements.
• Proven budget management skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a new athletic program.
