Head Coach, Women's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Women’s Lacrosse program at the NCAA Division II level
• Recruit high-quality academic students who are competitive student-athletes
• Manage program logistics including scheduling practices, competitive events, and travel requirements
• Oversee the program budget, equipment procurement, and expense reporting
• Train, strengthen, and develop student-athletes in coordination with the Strength and Conditioning Coach
• Monitor and support student-athletes in their academic pursuits and campus living
• Supervise full-time assistant coaches and other program staff or volunteers
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA, NCATA, and Gannon University rules and regulations
• Develop and implement camps, clinics, and alumni engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Successful collegiate-level coaching experience
• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• AED/CPR/First Aid Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Three to five years of collegiate coaching experience
