Head Coach/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
• Cultivate a high-performance team environment focused on inclusion, recognition, and professional growth.
• Drive operational excellence, including managing P&L, labor costs, expenses, and inventory.
• Execute brand initiatives and store activations to build community connections.
• Oversee store safety, organization, and adherence to operational standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in retail or hospitality customer service.
• 4+ years of experience in store management.
• Proven expertise in retail operations, budgeting, and personnel leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail commercial systems.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and employee coaching.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, and climb ladders.
