Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nike Ginza store by managing overall business operations and executing annual action plans to achieve sales budgets.
• Manage key performance indicators including sales, average transaction value, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Optimize store productivity through efficient staff allocation and P/L management.
• Drive team engagement through continuous education, training, and regular coaching/feedback to support professional growth.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless store performance.
• Build relationships with the local community and partner facilities to enhance brand value and social impact.
• Embody the Nike brand concept and culture through exceptional customer service and store environment management.

Requirements

• Passion for the Nike brand, sports, and deep product knowledge.
• 2+ years of retail management experience (preferably at a Deputy Manager level or higher).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC 600+ preferred).
• Strong data analysis skills to make strategic decisions regarding customers, sales, inventory, and personnel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and decisive leadership.
• Knowledge of apparel, fashion trends, and retail operations.
• A strong commitment to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
