Head Coach - Men's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the men's volleyball program at the NAIA level
• Recruit and retain academically successful and highly competitive student-athletes
• Plan, organize, and conduct practices, training sessions, competitions, and team travel
• Promote academic achievement and support student-athlete success through graduation
• Ensure compliance with all University, conference, and NAIA rules and regulations
• Manage program budgets, scholarship resources, and fundraising initiatives
• Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and graduate assistants
• Collaborate with athletic training staff to ensure student-athlete health and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Three to five years of progressive coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing student-athletes
• Strong knowledge of volleyball instruction, player development, and program administration
• Understanding of NAIA rules, athletic compliance, and student-athlete eligibility requirements
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Collegiate coaching and recruiting experience
• Record of building successful, championship-caliber programs
• Experience with fundraising, budget management, and community engagement
