Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years coaching experience, Men's volleyball expertise
About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, conditioning, training, and competitive performance for the Men’s Volleyball program
- Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes to maintain a competitive roster
- Manage and monitor the assigned program budget
- Schedule inter-collegiate games within NCAA Division II and Conference Carolinas guidelines
- Adhere to all NCAA, college, and athletic department policies and regulations
- Organize pre-game and post-game arrangements including equipment, facilities, and officials
- Coach the team during games and practices
- Serve as a spokesperson for the promotion of the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in coaching, recruiting, or developing men’s volleyball players
- Ability to travel for recruiting and competitions
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle report
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
