Head Coach - Men's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division I men’s volleyball program
• Recruit, manage, and support the academic and athletic success of student-athletes
• Oversee the program budget, fundraising initiatives, and alumni relations
• Ensure full compliance with NCAA, NEC, and LIU Athletic Department rules and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate student-athletes for peak performance
• Schedule and conduct regular practice sessions and manage facility usage
• Increase program visibility through community engagement and marketing opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of full-time coaching experience at the Division I level
• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, and holidays
